Welcome to my web page
Here you can find just about anything I've ever done.
I am actively involved in research on characterization, modeling, design and application of various optical waveguides since 2014.
Ritu Raj Singh is currently a faculty in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Netaji Subhas University of Technology, Delhi. He joined NSUT Delhi as Assistant Professor in June 2021. Before joining NSUT Delhi, he was faculty in Department of ECE, Indian Institute of Information Technology Ranchi. He received Ph.D and M. Tech. degree from Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India in 2019 and 2015, respectively. He received B.Tech. degree from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, India in 2013.
He is interested in the field of Optical Networks and Silicon Photonics, and his research work focuses on developing and optimizing optical networks and silicon photonics-based devices. He has developed several new models and simulation tools to analyze and optimize the performance of these devices. His research interests are Grating devices, Nanophotonics, Nonlinear Optics, Optical Sensors/Biosensors, Optical Communications, Optoelectronics, optical waveguide, silicon nanowire and its applications. He is Optica ambassador for 2024 and a member of Optical Society of India (OSI), IEEE - Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, SPIE - Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers and OPTICA (formerly OSA) - The Optical Society.
